2. Services Provided

Graceful Wings Ltd provides private charter services throughout The Bahamas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Private, Corporate & VIP Air Travel

  • Custom Charter Flights

  • Multi-Destination Flights

  • Special Requests & Accommodations

All flights are subject to availability, weather conditions, regulatory compliance, and operational feasibility.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your flight. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

  • Pricing: Flight prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, airport fees, and other operational expenses.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

  • Rescheduling is available for requests made at least 72 hours before departure, subject to aircraft availability.

  • Graceful Wings Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, mechanical issues, regulatory restrictions, or other safety concerns. In such cases, passengers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

By booking a flight with Graceful Wings Ltd, you agree to:

  • Arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time.

  • Provide accurate passenger details, including valid identification, when required.

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our pilots and crew.

  • Ensure that all luggage and personal items comply with our weight and safety restrictions.

We reserve the right to deny boarding to any passenger who fails to comply with safety regulations, is intoxicated, or engages in disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Travel with Pets

Passengers may travel with pets, but prior notification is required. Additional pet handling fees or documentation may be necessary based on the destination's regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Graceful Wings Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, air traffic control, or operational constraints.

  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

  • Additional costs incurred due to missed connections or schedule changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graceful Wings Ltd disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process passenger information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our policy.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized use of our website for fraudulent activities, data scraping, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in The Bahamas' legal jurisdiction.
